Payments must be made in full or according to agreed payment plans

All sales are final and there are no refunds

8. Recording and Use of Group Sessions

By participating in any live group coaching call, group session, training, or group container (including those conducted via Zoom or similar platforms), you acknowledge and agree that:

All group Sessions may be recorded in audio and/or video format

Your voice, image, likeness, comments, and participation may be captured

Recordings are for internal educational use only and will not be shared publicly or with any third parties outside of Cailin McDuff Coaching LLC programs

Recordings may be used in future courses and paid containers offered by Cailin McDuff Coaching LLC

By joining a group Session, you grant Cailin McDuff Coaching LLC a perpetual, royalty-free license to use recordings for internal program purposes only

If you prefer not to appear on camera, you may keep your camera and/or microphone off; however, we cannot guarantee complete exclusion from recordings

This section applies to group sessions only and does not cover any separately arranged individual sessions

Any individual granted access to these recordings as part of a future course or paid container agrees to be bound by the same Privacy, Respect & Community Guidelines outlined in Section 9 as a condition of that access

9. Privacy, Respect & Community Guidelines

Our programs are built on a foundation of openness, trust, and shared growth. To protect that container for everyone, we ask all participants — current and future — to honour the following community agreements:

a) Protect Identity

What is shared inside this community is meant to stay within it in terms of personal details. However, we encourage you to carry the growth, insights, and inspiration you witness out into the world. You are welcome to share your own experience of someone else's journey — the emotion it stirred, the lesson it sparked, the shift you witnessed — without sharing identifying details about that person.

Please do not share someone's name, business name, location, or any specific details that could reasonably identify them outside of the program without their express permission. The story belongs to them; the impact it had on you belongs to you.

b) Course Content & Materials

All course materials, recordings, frameworks, methodologies, and program content created by Cailin McDuff Coaching LLC are proprietary. Please do not reproduce, distribute, or share this content with anyone outside the program without express written permission. This protects the integrity of the work and the experience for future participants.

c) How We Handle Your Information

Cailin McDuff Coaching LLC will handle your personal information with care and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share identifiable information about you without your consent, except as required by law.

We may reference client experiences, themes, and outcomes in a general, anonymized way on social media or in other public-facing content — solely to illustrate coaching concepts and results. No identifying details will ever be shared without your express written consent.

d) Future Participants & Viewers

Any individual granted access to recorded Sessions as part of a future course or paid container agrees to honour these same community guidelines as a condition of that access. The same agreement of privacy and respect applies regardless of when you joined.

e) Duration

These privacy and respect agreements remain in effect during and after your participation in any program.

f) If the Agreement Is Broken

Cailin McDuff Coaching LLC reserves the right to revoke access to any program or content if these community guidelines are not honoured. Our priority is always the safety and trust of the group.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cailin McDuff Coaching LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

Your use of or inability to use the Site

Participation in any services or programs

Errors or omissions in content

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cailin McDuff Coaching LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
